Entretanto, o g\u00eanero feminino, que \u00e9 uma constru\u00e7\u00e3o social de valores estabelecidos para definir esse feminino, nada tem a ver com o nosso sexo.<br>Sem nos aprofundarmos no auto conhecimento, ficamos na superficialidade dos nossos seres, sem conseguirmos assim, lidar com a dura press\u00e3o da realidade, das tens\u00f5es dos compromissos, permanecendo na nossa condi\u00e7\u00e3o de meninas. Desta forma, a diferen\u00e7a b\u00e1sica que existe entre uma mulher e uma menina \u00e9 a capacidade que essa tem de lidar melhor com as frustra\u00e7\u00f5es.<br>Com essa sociedade machista patriarcal, que mesmo hoje subentendida, refor\u00e7a e restringe as mulheres que continuam de certa forma ref\u00e9ns de se apresentarem de acordo com os seus ditos.<br>Uma boa parcela de mulheres ainda correspondem a um padr\u00e3o de feminino tradicional, no qual ficam receptivas as proje\u00e7\u00f5es masculinas, tentando de certa forma atender as necessidades dos homens, sem necessariamente saberem se s\u00e3o suas, mas tamb\u00e9m fazem isso para se sentirem aceitas e aprovadas. Uma outra parcela, muito maior de mulheres hoje em dia, procura ter uma atitude muito mais soci\u00e1vel e confiante, exceto sobre sua feminilidade, pois grande parte dos homens preferem estabelecer com elas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de amizades, e de sexo sem compromisso. Em contrapartida procuram outras mulheres quando est\u00e3o escolhendo uma parceira para romance mais profundo.<br>Isso gera nas mulheres sentimentos de perplexidade e abandono sobre sentirem-se produtivas, independentes no mundo e serem atraentes como mulher.<br>Como poder ser mulher num mundo absolutamente machista para aquelas que n\u00e3o desejam &#8220;ficar em casa&#8221;, e nem lutar de forma agressiva, correndo riscos de se tornarem como os homens? Como se expressar diante de uma sociedade dissonante com os valores femininos que nessa altura nem ela mesma se v\u00ea ressonante com os aspectos mais profundos da sua ess\u00eancia?A maneira como a sociedade est\u00e1 estruturada dificulta que as mulheres encontrem sua satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o, caso seu comportamento, que \u00e9 expresso por suas opini\u00f5es e atitudes, seja considerado masculino demais e n\u00e3o atraente aos homens. Por outro lado, se aderem ao padr\u00e3o da cultura dominante machista, tornando-se dependentes, impotentes e com pouca ou nenhuma voz nas suas escolhas.<br>Para que a mulher possa verdadeiramente iniciar os seus passos e a sua manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o para fora e ganhar for\u00e7a, \u00e9 preciso que ela se volte para dentro dela mesma, em um profundo trabalho de an\u00e1lise do seu verdadeiro ser.<br>Mantemos em nosso inconsciente diversas figuras internas ou arqu\u00e9tipos, que moldam a nossa personalidade e determinam as nossas escolhas. Buscar \u00e0 consci\u00eancia desse feminino requer uma an\u00e1lise profunda em nosso interior, suscitando nessa complexidade investigar por exemplo as bases de nossas m\u00e1goas m\u00e3e e filha, pai e filha, nas quais vamos carregando, transformando, perdoando, resignificando as respostas \u00e0s impot\u00eancias, ou potenciais distorcidos. Figuras plenamente internalizadas e n\u00e3o trabalhadas afetam nossas escolhas e comportamentos. Poder tornar conscientes essas imagens nos favorecer\u00e1 para um aprofundamento de nossas sensa\u00e7\u00f5es e percep\u00e7\u00f5es, mobilizando assim nosso manancial de criatividade.<br>Assim, quando a mulher se reconecta, ela se identifica com a ess\u00eancia verdadeira do seu ser. Come\u00e7a ent\u00e3o a reconhecer essa for\u00e7a em si mesma e em todos os outros seres da sua esp\u00e9cie.
